Self Defense Products

I was a stranger to self defense products before an incident hit a little too close to home. My younger brother was a victim of a mugging on his way home from a concert in Bristol, a few towns over.

Pete recounted how a man was holding him at knifepoint in a deserted parking lot. The thief wanted his money and possessions in exchanger his life. Not seeing nay other option, my brother gave up his cash, cellular phone and mp3 player.

He arrived safely home but looked so troubled that we were concerned. Reassuring us that he wasn’t harmed, he went on to say that he regretted not fighting back or having some defense weapons with him.

Being the older sibling, I was more concerned about how he could defend himself because of his slight frame. I quickly went online to look for more information about self defense products.

Together, we browsed through different products. I said that if the parking lot only had some hidden cameras, then maybe the authorities could have hunted the robber down. He added that a personal alarm could have scared the thief away.

Self Defense Products Specially Designed For Women–Easy To Use!

I never would have liked to work on a graveyard shift, but I was desperate for a job after searching for three months. At first, I was undecided on accepting the job offer due to the work schedule that was available.

Finally, I signed the contract and prepared to take the12 midnight to 12 noon call center job. The manager suggested that we should get self-defense products specially designed for women because of the unholy hours going to work.

I have always carried a pepper spray but I never got to use it. Perhaps it will come in handy one of these nights. As much as I did not want any untoward incident to happen, it pays to be ready.

One officemate came late one night with a bruised face and some dirt on her clothes. She reported that a mugger attacked her on her way to work, but she used her cell phone stun gun that was why she was able to run away. In her haste, she tripped on some trash on the street.

There are still a handful of female agents who did not use self-defense products specially designed for women, and the experience of that officemate was an eye-opener for these ladies.
